Processing Time

All Pink Sunday orders are packed and shipped from Massachusetts.

We strive to ship every order within 3 business days, and most orders leave our studio even sooner. During launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, and destination.

Typical delivery estimates: 2–7 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather and other factors outside of our control may at times delay orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pinksundayskin.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address may require additional postage fees before reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Pink Sunday is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.
